SSJ Health Foundation, Inc

SSJ Health Foundation supports the St. John Bosco Clinic, a free clinic established in 1992 to serve as a safety-net for individuals who are living below the 200% Federal Poverty Level, are uninsured and lack access to healthcare. On an average year, the Clinic sees 1,200 unduplicated patients and offers over 5,000 visits. The clinic is primarily staffed by volunteer physicians and support personnel. Services provided include primary care, disease management, medication assistance and health education.
