CARES save lives by pulling animals from death row and re-homing at risk animals into vet approved, forever homes, reducing the number of unwanted pets through providing low cost spay/neuter programs to the community and creating a better world for all animals by helping to educate the public on responsible pet care, training and pet retention. CARES also provides a safety net for any animal in their program. We are a 501c3 nonprofit, all volunteer foster based rescue organization.
