Kate's Kart, Inc.
Kate's Kart gifts brand new books to children in 23 northeast Indiana hospitals free of charge. The books are for the child to keep and take home with them to build their home libraries. On average, over 4,000 books are given away each and every month by a team of volunteers and hospital staff. The books provide a much needed comforting diversion and sense of normalcy to families living life in the hospital.
