The Friends of the Athens (Ohio) Public Library support exciting programming that encourages reading, exchange of ideas, education, community service, and community spirit. The organization focuses public attention on library services and needs while extending the Library's services. One important source of funds is a monthly booksale and sale of books on Ebay. Books sold are donated by citizens for the benefit of the Library
