Elizabethtown Community & Outreach Services (ECHOS) uses 100% of its profits to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness, at-risk of homelessness, or in need of services in the greater Elizabethtown, PA area. ECHOS relies on donations to assist clients with housing and emergency winter shelter; financial and basic needs; and case management in order to break the cycle of poverty.
