Gentle Giants houses over 150 beautiful, adoptable horses ready to start their new lives! Gentle Giants serves to protect some of the rarest breeds of horses. Draft horses comprise less than 1% of the overall general equine population, yet are grossly overrepresented in horse slaughter- comprising up to 6% of horses butchered for human consumption.
