ANIMAL SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, INC.

ASAP provides Trap-Neuter-Return for feral and free roaming cats in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Cats and kittens that are social are placed for adoption. Those cats that cannot be returned to their familiar habitat are placed free of charge to approved barns. We provide life-saving veterinary services and food to qualified families. In May of 2015 ASAP joined a coalition of equine rescues to save horses from slaughter. Since that time we have rescued & placed over 130 horses.
