Alzheimer's of Central Alabama
Founded in 1991 ACA is a local organization and resource center serving patients, caregivers and professionals. We offer scholarships for patients to attend adult day or to receive continence products. We provide education through our website, newsletters, telephone counseling and an annual conference. We have funded 23 research grants since 2001 at Alabama colleges and universities. We cover 21 counties in the central part of the state. We purchase Project LIfesaver products for Jefferson County.
