Aspiritech NFP

For most people with autism/Asperger's syndrome, finding and retaining gainful employment commensurate with their skills is extremely challenging. Aspiritech was the first N American company to harness the strengths of autism (attention to detail, strong visual processing skills, etc.) to train and then employ autistic adults in software testing and QA, vocational areas where autism can be an asset. In this way, we address their 85-90% unemployment/under-employment rate and provide a path to independence.
