Block Island Volunteers for Animals

Block Island Feral Cats Initiative (BIFCI) is a group of year-round Island residents, who have joined together with the Rhode Island Community Spay/Neuter Clinic of Warwick, RI and PawsWatch of Warwick, RI to actively assist with and proactively raise funds to help reduce and control the overpopulation of feral cats on Block Island. We accomplish our mission through funding an aggressive TNR (trap/neuter return) program.
