C.E.F.S. is a 501(c)3 Community Action Agency serving economically and socially disadvantaged persons in the seven rural Illinois counties of Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Shelby, Moultrie, Montgomery, and Christian. C.E.F.S. is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of social service programs designed to meet the needs of the people in the area it serves. Our mission is to provide opportunities for people through education and support to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.
