Cleveland American Veterans Association
The Cleveland American Veterans Association (C.A.V.A) provides FREE assistance to eligible elderly, wartime-era Veterans and their Spouses in obtaining a tax-free VA benefit called Aid and Attendance. No direct combat service is required. Other screening factors apply. We also assist homeless military Veterans transition into appropriate housing that is provided through a number of federal, state, local agencies, and non-profits.
