GambiaRising

GambiaRising provides opportunities to impoverished Gambians to better themselves through their own work - primarily through scholarships and financial assistance to Gambian students who otherwise would not be able to stay in school. We work in all regions of the country, with all ages of students, without regard to religion, gender, or tribal background. Our only criteria are character and need, and the amount of difference that our support will make in their lives. About 2/3 of our students are girls.
