To bring together individuals in the Hill Country who wish to help abused and abandoned children in Texas, and provide a loving home for them; To give people of the area an opportunity to share in the community endeavor of the Hill Country Youth Ranch; and To work, as independent support organization to establish the reality of an extended family, whose members volunteer their time and effort, their individual talents and creative ideas, and their skills as mentors, to nourish the lives of children.
