Hoof and Heart of Southern Michigan

Horse Haven of Southern Michigan is a 501c3 sanctuary and rescue for slaughterbound, neglected and abandoned horses. We provide vetting, rehab, and training for adoptable horses and lifetime sanctuary for older horses or those whose medical or soundness issues prevent them from being candidates for adoption. We provide new owner training and offer lifetime return rights for any of our equine residents. We promote awareness of equine slaughter, wild horse round up and related issues.
