Hooves Of Promises is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, training and placement of horses in need . Whether that be horses who are starving and neglected, abused and unwanted, or horses who find themselves in a kill pen with a one way ticket to a slaughter house . By educating people who may not know how to properly care for a horse or do not understand the plight of horses throughout the world today, we hope to help those in need.
