Humane Society-SPCA of Nelson County

HS-SPCA of Nelson County strives to improve animal welfare by providing care and adoption of "unwanted" pets, through our "no-kill" Almost Home Pet Adoption Center, low-cost Spay/Neuter and Puppy Rescue/Transport programs, foster care networks, funding veterinary care, public education, and Trap/Neuter/Release programs for feral cats. Our goal is to extend the no-kill philosophy throughout our county, so that no healthy, non-aggressive animal is euthanized.
