The corporation is dedicated to: (i) helping children and family members stay connected with their incarcerated loved ones by assisting in communication and visitation; and (ii) bridging the gaps of reintegration into society from incarceration to release by assisting in finding resources such as individual and family support networks, clothing, housing, transportation and groceries; and (iii) guiding through goal setting process; and (iv) providing assistance in mediation with agencies regarding housingI
