Okanogan County Animal Foster Care Association

AFC is a no-kill 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all volunteer organization. Only in extreme cases, where a cat has no hope of any quality of life, is it euthanized. Cats having treatable illnesses or diseases live out their lives at the shelter or in foster homes were they receive proper treatment or palliative care. All of the cats housed and adopted out are sterilized, vaccinated, and treated for parasites.
