Operation Fancy Free believes Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the most humane and effective method to control the cat overpopulation crisis in rural WV. Our mission is to make TNR fully understood, accepted and practiced in our county, Jackson plus help our sister counties when we can. We also foster & adopt kittens and cats as practical. We encourage spay & neuter of all pets and strive to end animal cruelty.
