Papillon Pals Rescue, Inc. (Papillon Pals) is a 501(c)(3) not for profit charity organization, committed to saving & enhancing the lives of abandoned, abused & neglected Papillons & toy breed dogs. We Rescue, Rehabilitate & Relocate, trying to educate the public about vetting, spay/neutering as well as the benefits of good nutrition. We take great pride in the rehoming process: checking all applications to find the most perfect matches to insure they live the rest of their lives in their furever homes.
