DeMolay's goal since 1919 has been to develop young men (ages 12-21) into leaders through civic and chapter activities that focus on the 7 cardinal virtues of a DeMolay:
Filial love (love of parents),
Reverence for sacred things (Respect for others),
Courtesy (courtesy toward everyone),
Comradeship (friendship),
Fidelity (faithfulness),
Cleanness (cleanness in thought and action) and
Patriotism.
Richardson is the home of the International DeMolay Centennial Grand Master is M. Boyd Paterson Jr.
