Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary
Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary (SHAS) is a no-kill 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in Las Cruces, NM that was founded in 1996. SHAS provides medical care, food, shelter and comfort to nearly 90 homeless cats and dogs while seeking loving homes for them. As a private organization, SHAS does not receive any local, state or federal funding. At Safe Haven, we believe that all animals deserve to live life with love, care and respect.
