Second Chance Animal Rescue, Inc. of Martha's Vineyard is a non-profit, no-kill animal rescue and shelter. Our main purpose is to rescue homeless animals and provide for their medical, physical and emotional needs while finding a loving, caring and permanent home. SCAR is licensed with the Department of Agriculture of MA to take in out of state animals. We work with other rescue groups across the U.S. to save animals from high kill shelters and find them a forever home.
