St. Lawrence Valley SPCA, Inc.

Incorporated in 1910, the St. Lawrence Valley SPCA, located in Ogdensburg NY, cares for homeless animals in our community and does not turn any animal away. It promotes quality adoptions and spay/neuter as the only humane method of controlling the pet overpopulation. It strives to educate the public on responsible pet ownership and a volunteer is available to speak to civic groups and schools classes on its role in the community. Its primary source of funding comes from public donations.
