The mission of the Niagara County SPCA, Inc. is to prevent cruelty to all animals, to help educate the public on the humane treatment of animals and to provide love and care for those companion animals with whom we come in contact with. Niagara County SPCA is a no-kill shelter that promotes adoption and re-homing for abandoned and unwanted companion animals. We support the principle that no person has the right to cause pain and suffering to any living creature.
