SNF is a New York based 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose vision is an Africa where children with type 1 diabetes have an equal chance at long, healthy, productive and gainful lives. Our mission is to alleviate the hefty cost of treatment and to provide holistic healthcare to low-income children with type 1 diabetes in Africa.
