Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls
Founded in 2004, Willie Mae Rock Camp (WMRC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls and gender-expansive youth through music education and mentorship.
We engage students ages 10-17 in hands-on creative exploration with a focus on electronic instruments and music technology. Our programs — all of which are free or sliding scale — remove barriers to tech-informed arts education and create opportunities for historically underrepresented young people to develop their creative voices.
