Animal Resource Foundation of Iowa

We Fix and Feed Animals in Need ARF is a 501c3 organization founded on the principle that the pet overpopulation problem could not be resolved solely through adoption programs. More proactive measures need to be employed to reduce the number of animals euthanized simply because they have no home. We meet that need through our SNIP (Spay/Neuter Incentive Plan) and Pet Food Pantry programs. ARF has no paid staff and is managed by volunteers.
