Our realization today is that food poverty is a result of more than someone just being hungry-it signifies a deep societal problem we all need to address. For seniors, veterans, disabled and children going hungry is a real problem. Giving someone food is okay but giving them healthy, whole food is our mission. Feed people with food you would want to eat yourself. Give them whole, healthy grains, fruits, vegetables, low fat milk and watch them journey to better health and better long term wellness.
