A Moment to Smile's mission is to help children who have lost a parent to the disease of addiction. Grief is hard enough to deal with, a child should not have to lose out on the simple joys of childhood due to the remaining parent's financial situation. If a child can't play sports or take lessons because of the fees, we want to help. If they need a new bike,a dress for the prom or a day at the water park, we want to help. We want to give these kids a moment to feel like a kid again, a moment to smile.
