Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery, Inc.
We are a young and growing community of 35 Benedictine Monks, living in the desert wilderness of New Mexico, who observe the same, ancient Rule of St Benedict which brought about the civilization of Europe and the Western world, and the same, timeless traditional Catholic liturgy which has sanctified centuries of saints. Our mission is to glorify God by a contemplative life of prayer and work, and through this total donation of self, to become an oasis of peace in a troubled world.
