Preservation Alliance of West Virginia
Preservation Alliance of West Virginia (PAWV) is the statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to historic preservation in West Virginia.
PAWV's goals are to help main streets thrive, help communities capture their local history, and preserve beloved landmarks.
PAWV administers the Preserve WV AmeriCorps program where it places over 20 AmeriCorps Service Members at organizations working to save their history and connect with their communities. It also provides grants to stabilize historic sites.
