In 1997, Executive Director & Founder of Rocky Mountain Dance Theatre had a dream when she returned home after college graduation to rural Cody, Wyoming that went beyond just a dance school. She wanted to bring culture and professional dance & performing opportunities and experiences to her hometown. This dream has become a reality and in 2022, RMDT celebrated 25 years. RMDT now funds 7 different performing arts programs, yearly productions, and manages the historic Cody Theatre in downtown Cody, Wyoming.
