Effingham Preservation Society
By Effingham's 250th anniversary, to repair, restore and rehabilitate the Historic Town Hall as a usable community center social space and renovated Public Library space to serve the diverse needs of all Effingham and area residents. This project will help to harness the unifying spirit of our town and the local NH and ME area. Effingham Preservation Society is a 501(c)3 organization established to preserve historic buildings and landmarks. The Society has agreed to be the Fiscal Agent for the project.
