HALF was established with a vision to make a substantial impact on the integration of animals into people's lives where the quality of life will be improved and sustained. Living here on earth, we, as humans, cannot sustain without animals, we must coexist. God has given hands to humans, to help or hurt, to lift or drop, to build or ruin, all by a simple choice. We choose to help, to lift and to build. Programs include the Miracle Ranch Group Home for Children, Saving Equine Sanctuary, Noah's Little Ark.
