Kaw Valley Quilters Guild
An educational, non-profit organization with the purpose of stimulating an interest and promoting and advancing the knowledge of quilting in all its forms.
Kaw Valley Quilters Guild members make and donate quilts to the local Head Start Program, several local children’s homes, Salvation Army Christmas giveaway (doll quilts and adult lap quilts), Lawrence Memorial Hospital NIC-Unit and Pediatrics Unit.
Monies raised at the biennial quilt show benefit many other charities in the area.
