Our purpose is to empower individuals through energy and art based approaches to healing, thus alleviating suffering in the mind, body and spirit so that they aspire to their highest ideals and become their best version of themselves. Our strategy is to use The Art of Crochet Project as a healing tool to help manage pain and stress, improve mood and focus, relax and sharpen mental acuity. We host weekly classes and give back events to help strengthen our local communities.
